This will be a great experiment for the rest of the country.
I like the way the author tries to act like its cheap by saying "and will cost LA residents approximately 2 dollars a month once it is completed."
Okay, there are 12.9 mil residents in the LA metro. $2/mo is $25.8M/mo or $309.6M/yr...or in other words, the project will cost LA taxpayers $3.4B.
